Litepaper – Phase Overview

Going forward, we will make every effort to reflect user feedback in our operations, and we would genuinely appreciate your continued support of this project.

*Please read the following instructions carefully before participating in the bug bounty system.

Precautions

The purpose of the Bug Bounty System (hereinafter the “System”) is to allow users to report bugs and vulnerabilities promptly and appropriately in the Game, and to use that information to redress bugs and improve the quality of the service.

Under this System, those who find a defect (hereinafter the “Reporter”) and are the first to report it to the Game’s publisher, ZEAL NOVA DMCC (hereinafter the “Company”), will receive rewards such as in-game items as reward for improving service, if the reported information is deemed to meet certain criterion. Moreover, the Reporter agrees in advance that the Company may use the contents of the report free of charge.

The reward for reporting a bug will be determined based on the Company’s evaluation of the impact of the reported bug based on the “Definition of Severity”. The content and amount of the reward described in the Severity Definition are only an example, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion, depending on the reported issue and the accuracy of the reported content.

Rewards will be distributed through an in-game gift box. (If the email address of the submitted report does not match the email address registered to the account, rewards may not received correctly.)

Please note that reports which include any of the following will not be eligible for the System and may not be eligible for a bounty.

  • Reports of issues that have already been reported by the Company or by another user.
  • Reports of issues or behaviors that occur outside of the recommended hardware environment.
  • Reports that do not include details of the issue at hand.
  • Reports based on information obtained through prohibited activities (unauthorized access, etc.) stipulated in the Terms of Service.
  • Other reports that the Company deems inappropriate.

To participate in this System, reports must be submitted in either Japanese or English.

If a particular reporter repeatedly submits reports that contain incorrect or misleading information, we may take action against the reporter in accordance with the prohibited behavior stipulated in the Game’s Terms of Service.

Information provided in a report will be released in a Public Receipt Status List. Please do not include any personal information in your report.

User assets such as NFTs, tokens, and other in-game items consumed to verify the reproducibility of the issue being reported will be compensated to the Reporter after we review our records. However, in consideration of fairness among users, we will not, in principle, compensate for losses caused by the issue itself or losses caused by issues that also affect other users.

Reporter bears sole responsibility for any reporting done through the System, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by reporting bug information under the System or any other involvement in the System, or for any dispute between Reporters or with any third party related to the System.

Please note that we are unable to respond to questions or inquiries regarding individual reports, such as confirmation of the content of a report, the status of verification/response, or the details of any bounty.

Information provided by Reporters will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Game Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions with prior notice.
